2. Account Registration & Verification

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Maintain only one user account;
• Submit valid BVN or NIN for identity verification;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.

3. Services Provided

Vinpace offers a digital financial platform where registered users can:

• Recharge airtime and data;
• Pay utility bills (TV, electricity, internet, etc.);
• Fund and manage USD virtual cards for international use;
• Maintain and spend from a virtual wallet balance in local currency.

We do not operate as a bank or licensed financial institution. All payment processing and service fulfillment are executed via third-party providers and APIs.

4. Funding and Transactions

You may fund your Vinpace wallet using:

• Bank Transfers;
• External payment processors (e.g., Paystack or others).

Vinpace relies on third-party integrations for financial services. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or errors caused by these providers. Wallet balances are virtual and non-interest-bearing.

5. Transaction Confirmation & Disputes

Transaction statuses are based on responses from third-party service providers. If a transaction fails due to a system error or non-delivery, please report it promptly. We will not issue refunds for successfully completed transactions.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if:

• A transaction fails and funds were deducted;
• A service was not delivered or accessible after payment.

Requests must be made within 7 days. All decisions are final after verification with our partners.

7. Fees and Charges

Vinpace may apply transaction fees, which may be flat-rate or percentage-based. Fees are subject to change and will be displayed before transaction confirmation.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems;
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions;
• Interfere with our infrastructure or service delivery.

We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations under Nigerian law.

9. Data Privacy & Security

You consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We store personal details like name, phone, email, BVN/NIN, and bank details. Sensitive financial data is managed externally. Virtual balances are tracked on our platform.

10. Third-Party Services

By using Vinpace, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of our service providers. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and features on Vinpace belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Vinpace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or issues caused by external APIs or providers. You use our platform at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or incomplete verification. Remaining balances may be refunded per our policy.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
